Marketing Strategy
Marketing Strategy
Project details
What we need
- A written summary of the Organization's marketing goals and target audiences
- A list of key marketing channels that will yield the highest return on investment, with rationale
- Specific tactics the Organization can use to leverage the identified marketing channels
- Messaging guidelines for the channels identified, including specific key messages (if needed)
- A summary of the key metrics for evaluating marketing effectiveness, and guidance on how to track metrics over time
What we have in place
- We have a Facebook page with 358 'likes'. We have many substantial relationships throughout the Christian community in support of our services. We will soon have a professional medical service ready to market at no cost to our patients.
How this will help
This project will save us $11,198 , allowing us to market limited obstetrical ultrasounds to 1000 + women making pregnancy decisions.
As we celebrate 30 years as a non-profit, faith-based ministry, we are preparing to take an enormous growth step by becoming a medical clinic. We are currently working with a medical director who is a licensed doctor, and we are preparing to hire a Nurse Manager. Our plan is to launch the clinic by the end of this summer, 2015. A marketing strategy will be vital to the success of our new clinic as we seek to connect women to our free medical services offering limited obstetrical ultrasound through which we will medically diagnose and determine viability of pregnancy.
