Program Assessment
Program Assessment
Project details
What we need
- Detailed evaluation of a particular program, measured outcomes, and its impact on Organizational goals
- Recommendations for areas of improvement in program delivery including allocation of resources
What we have in place
- We currently have structured programs and a set group of clientele. Future components for the programs are in place and we have a way to measure the effectiveness of the mentoring and group programs. We also have documentation of past program descriptions, activities and number of clients.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to provide care and support for 20 children on Oahu who have been sexually abused.
The success of our non-profit depends on the quality and accessibility of our programs. We need your help to identify the strengths and weaknesses of our face-to-face mentoring and group programs to determine what is needed to improve our services. Your skills will empower us to further develop our programs and increase our clientele, leading to helping more child victims of sexual abuse.
