Pricing Strategy
Pricing Strategy
Project details
What we need
- Analysis of Organization’s target audience, competition, costs and products/services
- Recommendations for pricing for existing products/services
- Assessment of whether any products/services should be discontinued or offered at differential price points based on constituents’ needs
Additional details
Recommendations on how we might "sell" any pricing adjustments to our long-standing clientele would be helpful.
What we have in place
- We currently have a financial manager who is examining our cost structure, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have good financial records, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,868 , allowing us to serve without added costs Hawaii's 23 non-profit or public hospitals.
HHIC maintains databases of hospital information to assist hospitals and other healthcare non-profits to improve quality and hold down costs. In order to fund our services, we assess hospitals a yearly subscription fee and charge by time spent for additional reports. Since our price structure was set many years ago, only yearly inflation-based increases have been used to price these services. While we have added many new reports (at considerable investment in internal resources) no pricing study has been done. A review of our current pricing, with recommendations on how pricing might better capture costs is critical to successful repricing.
