Social Media Plan
Social Media Plan
Project details
What we need
- A document outlining the most appropriate social media channels, strategies for usage, goals and key metrics to evaluate success
- Expert consultation on messaging, scheduling and frequency
- Tailored suggestions for style, tone, and types of content to best showcase the Organization
What we have in place
- Currently we have, 2 focused sites that are targeted toward this initiative. In addition our branding message is targeted for those all Americans who need to understand the complete portion of WWII History that include that which at times is omitted in the media or other segments. To get started we want to expand our existing peer to peer site (posted). We also have and the ability to provide any detailed or quantitative data information as needed if it will expand the visibility and presence on the social media space.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,632 , allowing us to attract well over a 100000 visitors, to this tribute memorial, in Jacksonville, NC.
The National MPMA is seeking volunteers who can assist in raising public awareness, increased participation and specifically enhance our fundraising efforts for our Memorial Monument Campaign. Volunteer supporters will be assisting us in developing the tools necessary to expand our "fundraising" as well as social media presence and preserve the legacy of these individuals. As recipients of the Congressional Gold Medal, they place the footprints in the sands for so many African Americans to follow. As such it is for there shoulders many have stood in recognition. We're seeking your support to leverage, supporters, donors, and those looking to share in American History.
Project plan
Our mission
To preserving the legacy of our past by building a lasting tribute memorial for tomorrow. To construct a fitting 'Living Memorial Monument' in honor of the first 20,000 African-Americans who trained at Montford Point Camp, North Carolina and fought for the title “United States Marine” under Presidential Executive Order 8802
What we do
Our Goal is to; Fully establish Public awareness regarding the proud legacy of the Montford Point Marines and demonstrate an awareness through the social media community. To establish support that aides in the public awareness of their proud legacy and contribution to American History. Though recipients of the Congressional Gold Medal, designation of US Naval Ship - Montford Point MLP-1, and countless, it is only fitting that we build a tribute that preserves their legacy for the future through volunteers, sponsors, collaboration, and media events.
