What we need
- A thorough analysis of the current fundraising strategy and tactics
- Clear fundraising targets for the next 2-4 years, tied to the organization's operating budget and program goals
- Strategic planning around which tactics to should pursue (e.g., grants, crowdfunding, e-giving, direct mail, events, and galas), and audiences to target (e.g., individual, major donor groups, foundations, corporations, or government)
- Clear timelines to help the organization execute on the proposed tactics
What we have in place
- Our current finanical information is accurate and stable. We also have a person identified to partner with you, who will also execute the plan once created. You'll have access to the ED and the lead on this project to collaborate with.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,500 , allowing us to equip 3 organizations with high-level leadership skills.
Our organization is currently tied, and handcuffed, by state funding. We are poised to launch a training program that will bring real value to the community, but need a better plan in place to fund that project for the long term.

We provide residential habilitative services to people with developmental disabilities and autism. We also coach, train, and speak to other organizations to raise their level of growth, leadership and service.
