Salesforce Database Customization
Salesforce Database Customization
Project details
What we need
- A Salesforce database including: a customized set of Salesforce objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15 object types), a customized set of views to allow table-based editing of data (up to 15 views), a customized set of reports to pull data from multiple object types (up to 15 reports)
- Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
- Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
- “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
What we have in place
- We currently have a series of excel spreadsheets that track information, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Word document notes on each contact, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $22,852 , allowing us to provide long-term support to 7 advocates for the right to health for marginalized groups such as people living with HIV in Asia.
The success of our organization depends on our ability to track and understand needs of our partners. Without your help, we cannot manage all of the data that our programs generate. Your skills will empower us to better promote human rights and health in hard-to-reach Asia.
Project plan
Our mission
Asia Catalyst works with grassroots groups from marginalized communities in East and Southeast Asia that promote the right to health. We train our partners to meet high standards of effective and democratic governance, to establish a stable foundation for future growth, and to conduct rigorous human rights research and advocacy. We aim to help our partners become leading advocates at the local, national and global levels.
What we do
East and Southeast Asia are changing rapidly. Around the region, new nonprofit organizations are springing up to address urgent health issues, such as the HIV/AIDS pandemic.
To survive and thrive, this first generation of pioneering activists needs basic skills: strategic planning, budgeting, and staff and volunteer management. They also need the ability to document local rights issues and to advocate effectively with local officials, international donors and the United Nations.
Asia Catalyst has a rigorous and systematic approach to coaching local groups in nonprofit management and advocacy skills. We work with our local partners one-on-one, in their offices, using tools we have developed that fit their needs.
