What we need
- Creation of a strategic plan for an online crowdfunding campaign
- Step-by-step guidance throughout the implementation of the campaign
- Evaluation at the end of the campaign to gauge effectiveness and guide strategy for future campaigns
What we have in place
- We have a great idea, a really vibrant FB page with nearly 2000 likes and a pretty good following through our network of members. We have two Kenyan guys ready to make the short video but feel we could do with help to develop the story line to make it more powerful. We have some press contacts also.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,500 , allowing us to reach out to at least 1000 East African communities.
There is enormous growing interest in permaculture in East Africa but we are limited by the small number of trained East African permaculture trainers. Our aim is to train East African trainers who can train their own people, speak their language and understand the culture and also develop educational materials in permaculture for the East African context, aimed to be accessible to everyone.This will help us reach out to many more people and provide them with the useful tools of Permaculture whilst at the same time helping us as an organization become more financially independent.

What we do
We are a Kenyan registered NGO dedicated to promoting permaculture ethics, principles and techniques through education, project development, networking and research. Our permaculture training programmes and projects combine local indigenous solutions with new sustainability science for the creation of regenerative, diverse and nutritious food systems and resource effective water and energy systems.
