What we need
- An effective and concise document that covers the following: Mission and Vision Statement, Executive Summary, Products, Programs, and Services, Target Market, Marketing Plan, Industry and Competitive Analysis, Financials, Organizational Structure, Management Team/Role of Board, Your Offering, Appendix, etc.
- An internal guide to align day-to-day operations and goals
- A fresh perspective on an Organization’s goals and strategies
What we have in place
- We already have some work on brand messaging and a good network of followers and a FB page with over 2000 likes as well as some good press contacts. We have done some background work on pricing, labelling and packaging for the products. We already run courses and have plenty of information on these but need to improve income.
How this will help
This project will save us $15,028 , allowing us to support over 730 farmers and their families.
We are a small NGO working on an innovative approach to development. We support small organisations to develop into what we call 'regenerative enterprises'- developing cash crops for the organic and health food market whilst providing food security and regenerating the environment. We are now looking at how we as an organization can ourselves become financially independent through marketing of these products, offering of courses etc. A business plan will help us achieve our goal of financial independence and model a new vision for development.

What we do
We are a Kenyan registered NGO dedicated to promoting permaculture ethics, principles and techniques through education, project development, networking and research. Our permaculture training programmes and projects combine local indigenous solutions with new sustainability science for the creation of regenerative, diverse and nutritious food systems and resource effective water and energy systems.
