Earned Income Plan
Earned Income Plan
Project details
What we need
- Assessment and recommendations for income-generating activities that will complement the Organization's current mission and existing programs
- Actionable steps necessary to implement recommendations, alongside estimates of upfront time and monetary investment required
- Challenges and potential risks identified in pursuing the plan
What we have in place
- We currently have a Strategic Plan and Financial Plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Communication Plan, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $11,794 , allowing us to provide 4 leadership workshop for Indigenous Leaders in the Amazon.
In 2015, for our 25th year we invested in creating our Strategic Plan and our Integrated Communications Plan. A great investment that we have begun implementing, however we need to come with a clearer action plan on how to diversify our revenue streams and leverage our already existing ones. By doing so we will be able to be more financially stable, invest further in innovative financial solutions and achieve our goals faster.

Our mission
Our Mission is to promote social and environmental resilience in the Northwest Amazon through the strengthening of pertinent development and strategic governance, advocating effective policies and enhancing public engagement in the context of climate change.
What we do
Since 1990, we have worked hand in hand with Indigenous communities of the Northwest Amazon region for the recognition and implementation of their rights, territories and local governance systems, as the most viable and dignified strategy for forest conservation.
We believe that the greatest capital humanity has is within its diversity of expressions, knowledge systems and cultural practices. We also believe that there is an extraordinary potential to find unexpected solutions and innovative strategies to our planet’s most pressing social and environmental challenges through a dialogue between cultures and knowledge systems, a potential that is now a necessity for the well being of all.
