What we need
  • Print-ready designed brochure template provided in a high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
  • Collateral, to be used in conjunction with the Brochure Writing project, for new marketing materials
  • Accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Note: This project does not include printing
What we have in place
  • We have very outdated brochures (and one that I made in a rush). We are looking for new materials to take with us into the community and spread the word about the great work that we do.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to provide preventative medical treatment to 15 at risk and underserved individuals in East Harlem.

n order for our organization to be successful we need to reach a larger audience. We have fantastic services to provide to the community, but we do not have any brochures worth distributing to them. Your contribution will make it easier for us to go out into the community.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo and visual brand guidelines or examples, images you'd like to include in the designed brochure (if applicable), and finalized copy for brochure to inform design

Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager meet to discuss goals of brochure, target audience, and style preferences

Milestone 2: Preliminary Design
  • Professional performs initial design and layout and sends to Organization for up to 3 rounds of review and feedback

Milestone 3: Final Design
  • Professional finalizes designs, digitizes the artwork and delivers high-resolution versions, along with print specifications to Organization
  • Professional advises on best practices for printing

Our mission

We have an extremely dedicated staff that believe in comprehensive, family-focused care is as an important tool in improving one’s health and well-being; incorporating the mind and body in one's overall treatment plan.

What we do

The Center for Comprehensive Health Practice (CCHP) is an interdisciplinary family-focused health center offering quality primary care, behavioral health treatment and supportive services in East Harlem, New York. Through a model of physical and behavioral health, early childhood development, and substance use treatment services, our staff treats all the needs of our patients in one office setting. Our approach includes an array of specialty services: internal medicine, pediatrics, HIV/AIDS and HCV prevention and treatment, behavioral health, substance use treatment, health education, and our groundbreaking Early Childhood Development Center. For almost 55 years, we continue to serve the imminent needs of the community, regardless of one’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexuality, age, or ability to pay.
