Project details

What we need
  • A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
What we have in place
  • We already have a brochure, brand brief, appeal letters from previous years, social media accounts on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube. We also have a mailing list of current and prospective donors.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,040 , allowing us to feature 5 children in need of adoptive homes on our website.

The success of our organization depends on effective communication with donors. Without your help, we cannot maximize our fundraising efforts. Your skills will empower us to grow our individual donor program.

Testimonials

Hayley was great to work with - responsive, creative, helpful. Hayley helped with our annual fundraising letter. She took the time to learn about the organization, created a great draft and helped us make it our own during the editing process. I would definitely recommend working with Hayley.

Individual Donor Letter Project

I really enjoyed the opportunity to work with the National Adoption Center. This organization is doing amazing work. They provided plenty of structure and source material for the project, yet left plenty of room for new ideas, suggestions, and creativity. Lauren was communicative and responsive, and great to work with.
