What we need
- Assistance with setting up a Google Analytics account and tracking codes for the Organization’s various web assets (e.g. mobile apps, website, blog, social media)
- Training on how to track performance, set up reports and analyze the data collected online
- Set of guidelines for data collection, interpretation and analysis
What we have in place
- We have two websites, a Facebook page with 1,258 likes and a Twitter account with 2,935 followers. We have a database of donors and partners, and we send them e-newsletters on a fairly regular basis.
We've set up Google Analytics on both websites - and now we'd like to start understanding the data! This will help us improve how, what and when we communicate to donors, partners and people who're interested in our work.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,792 , allowing us to give 5000 vulnerable children the best chance at an education.
We're situated at the tip of Africa, working mainly in sub-Saharan Africa, but we're a registered US charity and our donor base is in the States. A better understanding of our Google Analytics data will help us market to our donors more effectively; and ultimately provide education access to more children in Africa.
