Brochure Graphic Design
Project details
What we need
- Print-ready designed brochure template provided in a high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
- Collateral, to be used in conjunction with the Brochure Writing project, for new marketing materials
- Accurate, print-ready specifications
- Note: This project does not include printing
What we have in place
- We currently have all the brochure and insert language developed, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a printer on board to support this project and defined brand standards, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to provide one-on-one tutoring to 400 children impacted by homelessness.
As we enter our 15th year, we are formalizing our marketing materials so that we better reflect the depth of our programs and accomplishments. We have a new website in process, updated brand standards, new inforgraphics and a slew of other materials that help us communicate to new audiences the depth and importance of our programming. However, we do not yet have an organizational brochure that can aid corporate, grant and donor meetings.
Project plan
Our mission
To provide one-on-one tutoring and educational advocacy for school-aged children impacted by homelessness.
What we do
We equip children impacted by homelessness with the educational tools necessary to achieve success in life and break the cycle of homelessness.
- Provide over 5,800 hours of one-on-one tutoring to school-aged children experiencing homelessness each school year
- Tutor in twelve partner locations up to four times each week
- Offer after school tutoring as well as lunch time curriculum-based programs
- Provide workshops, education panels and office hours to the parents of the children we serve to best equip them to be the best advocates for their child's education
Testimonials
Chris was an exceptional communicator and wonderful to work with. He created a sponsorship brochure for us that works in harmony with our other materials as well as with our budget. Through each step of the process, he asked questions and provided multiple options so that we were able to determine the best design for our needs. He was careful to create a piece that we could print successfully in house, while retaining the high quality look and feel of our professionally printed collateral. We are excited to add Chris' work to our overall presentation and are grateful for the attention and care he gave to our project.
