Project details

What we need
  • Feedback on the current website’s layout, user functionality, mobile-friendliness, visual design, content, and other key features
  • Clear articulation of the Organization’s goals for the website
  • Recommendations for improvements to help achieve the Organization’s desired goals
  • Note: If you are looking for a more specific, in-depth audit of your website's design and usability, try our Website Usability Audit project
What we have in place
  • We currently have a social media presence, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a strong sense of branding and target audiences, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,762 , allowing us to bring art, joy and stimulation to 350 people living with dementia and family members.

Now that we have a full-fledged visual identity and brand message, we need to make sure that all of our communication outlets are functioning as they should. Our work thrives on word-of-mouth; our Website should be the portal to that organic growth of reputation. Right now, we're not getting the hits we need, so about a year in, it's time to reevaluate what we've done and where we need to do better (or differently).

Our mission

ARTZ Philadelphia was founded on the belief that people living with dementia should be accorded the benefits of well-being and quality of life that others enjoy. We offer opportunities for interactions around arts and culture that turn this belief into reality. Our mission is to provide opportunities for self-expression and for the rebuilding of self-esteem and dignity to people with dementia and those who care for them. We achieve this mission through evidence-based programs that connect people living with dementia and their care partners with artists and cultural organizations; with each other; and with neighbors who live with or without dementia.

What we do

ARTZ Philadelphia was founded in 2013 with the purpose of enhancing the cultural and creative life of people living with dementias of all kinds. We foster a sense of creative community among people living with dementia and their care partners; and work to restore to people living with dementia their rightful place as valued members of our wider creative community.

We do this through arts-based programs for our constituents that take place in arts and culture venues and in care facilities throughout the greater Philadelphia area (and beyond!). We look at art together, we talk about art together, we make art together... all as a way of engaging with each other and building community.

Testimonials

Working with Jeanne has been amazing! Even before our first interview, she had started on a preliminary audit of the Web site, so I could see from the first time we met that she was going to be a powerhouse and full of the kinds of expertise we really needed. Sure enough, that was just the beginning. Her insights about our Web site have been consistently spot on and her dedication to improving how we communicate on the Web has led to a new, redevelopment project, which we're delighted to be working on with her as well. I can't recommend Jeanne highly enough -- plus she's tons of fun!
