What we need
- Development of a new website using a Content Management System (CMS)
- Training to ensure Organization's staff members can update content and manage the site post-launch
- Note: This project is for a website built with a Content Management System (CMS), such as Wordpress, Squarespace, Joomla, Drupal, or Weebly . A CMS-based website can be maintained and updated easily (no coding required!)
Additional details
We have an existing custom WP site that needs redeveloped based on our UX audit. We also need someone to dig into the customizations & evaluate their necessity + train us on how to efficiently use these customized tools.
What we have in place
- Our customized WP website launched nine months ago with lots of extras. We also have results from a user site survey, UX suggested changes, and a full content library.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,772 , allowing us to inform, reach, and be scalable to the 300000 diverse women who rely on our training programs.
Our organization is 100% online, and the success of all our programs is dependent upon having a working website that our staff and other volunteers can manage. We need an experienced Wordpress developer who can understand the existing logic of the site and its customizations who will then in turn advise and implement improvements while being capable of training key staff.

What we do
We teach women how to run for office and, broadly, lead a political life. Using our online tools, in-person events, & community, we show women how to raise funds, organize volunteers, campaign, and even tips to be a better public speaker.
