Salesforce Training
Salesforce Training
Project details
What we need
- A one-day intensive Salesforce training for up to five staff members
- A document summarizing topics covered during training
Additional details
We use SF one-to-one model to track contact information and donations. We mass upload new contacts and donations using Apsona. Recently discovered campaigns. Learning how to add campaign members and how we can use campaigns to track participation in activities would help us with our fund raising and evaluations.
What we have in place
- We currently have Salesforce nonprofit, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Apsona (free version), Skype capabilities, Google Hangout, Face time, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,888 , allowing us to share health and wellness activities with 153 people with limited finances who want to take a more active role in their well being.
Friends of the Future (FOF) empowers people to take action for the wellbeing of our Hawai`i Island home. Similarly, SF training will empower me to leverage the power of SF, improve our fundraising, and improve evaluations. We'll be able to confidently invite people to support what they're interested in: the Friends of the Future mission or a specific project (we have 15!).
Ultimately, your SF training will support action that positively impacts education, the environment, leadership and wellbeing.
Project plan
Our mission
Friends of the Future's mission is to create trust and harmony among the diverse cultures of Hawai´i through a process where all people can openly contribute their deepest values,
create shared visions and continuously improve their communities.
What we do
Friends of the Future provides a 501(c)3 non-profit home for people who are passionate about improving their community, and who want to "do the work", not be overwhelmed by paper and reports and insurance and the myriad of other administrative tasks needed to keep a non-profit organization in good standing.
Since our founding in 1991, we have provided administrative support to more than 50 programs serving all ages, ethnic and economic backgrounds and interests. Some groups have become independent 501(c)3 organizations, other have become part of another non-profit and others have been time specific projects which completed their work.
Projects span education, environment, leadership, health and wellness and community capacity building. At any given time we have between 10 and 15 active projects and no two are the same.
It's always gratifying to know that our "job" is to find a way to say yes to a person or group that have a vision and passion for improving our communities!
