Mobile-Friendly Website Audit
Mobile-Friendly Website Audit
Project details
What we need
- An assessment of how well the Organization's website works on mobile devices (phones and tablets)
- Specific recommendations on how to update the website to work with mobile devices, including the highest priority enhancements needed to meet the Organization’s goals
- Guidance on next steps, or resources for starting a mobile responsive website redesign project
- Note: This project does not include new website development, or a complete responsive redesign of a current website.
What we have in place
- We currently have a Wordpress website and Google Analytics, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a staff resource dedicated to making our website mobile-friendly, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $12,802 , allowing us to provide a five-day global philanthropy summit for 30 passionate youth ages 13-18.
At Allowance for Good we are at a critical point of growth where we will soon be adding many collegiate and high school partners. Through these relationships we will work with significantly more college and high school students. By using Google Analytics we have realized that these individuals use our website via mobile technology, but unfortunately our website does not translate well to mobile devices. As we grow, having a mobile-friendly website will be extremely important to engage our main audience, individuals under 25 years of age.
Project plan
Our mission
Develop the rising generations of philanthropic leaders who cultivate global citizenship and empower others around the world to achieve their full potential.
What we do
Allowance for Good (AfG) develops the rising generations of philanthropic leaders who cultivate global citizenship and empower others around the world to achieve their full potential. We seek to educate and engage youth ages 13-18 in topics such as philanthropy, leadership development, and social entrepreneurship in order to create successful 21st century global citizens. We do this by enriching, empowering, and educating youth through three programs: our Emerging Leaders in Philanthropy educational series, our Global Philanthropy Summit day camp, and our Global Engagement Expeditions in experiential service learning. AfG also partners regularly with family foundations, corporations, and schools to deliver custom programming.
