• Led 350+ retained and contingent executive searches primarily for nonprofit leadership roles at nonprofits, foundations, and educational institutions throughout California and the United States for domestic and international organizations
• Co-created and utilized a 10-step methodology in 2006 for the executive search process, employed a consultative approach, and recruited executives domestically and internationally maintaining a 95% retention rate for the first 2 years, and a 92% retention for the first 5 years on the executives’ jobs
• Focused and specialized on recruitment for Nonprofit CEO/CFO/COOs, Executive Directors, Vice Presidents, and Directors of all nonprofit organizational functional areas including: Administration, Operations, Development, Communications, Programs, Research, Evaluation, and Services, etc.
• Consulted with a variety of stakeholders including 5-15 person Board Search Committees, Board Presidents, CEO/Executive Directors, Human Resources Directors and Consultants, Staff, and Volunteers
• Employed innovative recruitment strategies managing an average day-to-day requisition load of 12 searches: 9 retained executive searches with a 99.7% close ratio and 3 contingent jobs with a 93% close ratio

• Co-founded a LLC, then converted to a full-service staffing firm (S-corporation) with temporary/contract, direct hire and executive search divisions serving nonprofit organizations, companies, startups, corporations, and the technology sector expanding from two employees in one city to 30 employees in five cities
• Supervised 6-8 employees and several consultants in all divisions of the San Francisco branch office including temporary/contract, direct hire, and executive search in all speciality areas of Nonprofit Staffing, Corporate, Small and Medium Business and Startup
• Developed thousands of leads through business via cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, social networking, sales presentations, and a 6-step sales campaign and also sold and serviced contract and contingency clients
• Instituted an all-staff paid volunteer day three times a year offering our hands-on service to our partner nonprofits
