Biography

Corey Borgman graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a BA in English & Sociology. She holds an MFA from Pratt Institute and is a Doctoral Candidate in Educational Leadership at UVa's School of Education and Human Development. Corey has been a Montessori educator and administrator for 17 years, and is the parent of three Montessori children, ages 10, 8, and 3. She has recently assumed the role of Director of Programs for the newly formed Montessori Science Program at UVa, where she works to expand access to publicly funded Montessori programming in the wider Charlottesville region.
