MBA, New York University - Leonard N. Stern School of Business

Marketing, Operations

Senior Project Manager, Concrete Inc

December, 1999 - February, 2001

As the main client interface and team interface, I was the person who clearly understood client needs for their web business. Internally, I championed their requirements and constant changes over the course of their business creation. For strong offline brands like Le Monde and McKesson, our efforts resulted in strong online presence with site redesigns and new product features. With Insignia ESG, I managed the creation of a new residential intranet service for their high-end properties. However, there were also companies created new on the web - www.beliefnet.com is one that still exists today. Customer requirements, competitive analysis both online and offline and technology advances on web features were only some of the daily considerations that I directly worked on with my clients to accomplish new brand presence.

Project Manager, CTNY

April, 1999 - November, 1999

In this role, I was the main client interface to our internal technology team. Though the company was less than 100 people, we created a number of ongoing sites including www.ice.com, www.unirailnet.com, and www.monaco-tourism.com. As project lead, I worked with clients to translate their new business needs online as well as reviewing competition offline. Our agency developed complete design, features and web pages to create businesses where none existed.

Outside of website creation, I also worked with established brands like Lenscrafters establishing an online product catalog demo to enhance their existing online presence and Elizabeth Eakins, Inc. where we both created an online web business for her offline interior design business and developed her go-forward technology strategy.
