I am a certified (CEBS, GPHR, SHRM-SCP) HR professional with over 20 years of experience in several areas of HR; such as Policy, Insurance, Budget, Recruitment, Entitlements, Service Center Set-up, Systems Design and Implementation, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Process Review and Improvement, Staff Reduction, and Training. I recently moved to Germany from Newark, NJ, where I often volunteered and am now looking for ways to give/assist back home during these trying times.
