Rachel joined CPAF's Community Engagement team in 2017, and currently serves as the Community Program Manager for Capacity and Engagement. With a team of three staff, she is responsible for volunteer recruitment and retention, community outreach and events, implementing culturally-grounded domestic violence and sexual assault training for new staff as well as adult and youth volunteers, and providing technical assistance to community partner organizations. Prior to joining CPAF in 2017, Rachel managed a variety of community-based programs and projects domestically and abroad, with experience in Myanmar, Cambodia, Thailand, Washington, DC, and New York City. She holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Columbia University with a focus on Public Policy and Research.
