Biography

Since 2001, I've been Chief Evaluation/Planning Officer at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta; (semi) retiring last year. Beyond my many training and leadership roles, I most enjoyed the intensive consultations with our programs and their partners on strategy, implementation, and program monitoring and evaluation. Nationally. I'm a frequent trainer and conference presenter on these topics. Before joining CDC, I was a senior manager/ VP in the health/public health practice of several large consulting firms. Since volunteering with Catchafire I've done 30+ consultations in these same areas with non-profits organization in the U.S. and globally.
