I've been with MSHL since 2014, obtained my Master's in Social Work with a specialty in services to the aging in 2016, and became licensed in macro practice in 2018.
Since being at MSHL I've worn hats like transportation dispatch, intake coordinator, office manager, supervisor, marketing lead, partnership lead, grant writer, resource advocate, and instructor. While I still do most of these things, my primary role is the Director of Aging in Action - an aging life coaching and referral service. We can help local seniors with budgets, medication literacy, food pantry delivery, Medicare counseling, advance directives, support groups and so much more.
I'm so excited for an opportunity to work with volunteers via Catchafire because while I wear a lot of hats, I can do much more growing to better serve MSHL and our clients.
