Biography
I'm a former high school tennis athlete who as a child moved 13 times in 10 years. I gained valuable perspective from my many adopted communities, aiding me throughout my life, and later in my approach to HR work. Sports and the need to connect are responsible for my values of diversity, teamwork, empathy, and honesty. I have 15 years of generalist HR experience in many different industries in Bay Area, and I truly love what I do. At Positive Coaching Alliance, HR focuses on transparency, collaboration, and providing relevant practical and policy supports to bring guesswork and avoidable issues down to a minimum in the workplace. Our engaged staff then directs more of their energy to making sports positive, accessible, and equitable for kids.
