Biography

I am President & CEO of Cincinnati Works. Prior to joining CW in 2009, I had 20 years of consulting experience with Andersen Consulting, Fidelity Investments, and T-Point Consulting.

I have been intimately involved in the Greater Cincinnati community since 1993 when I helped lead the strategic planning efforts of the United Way of Greater Cincinnati.
I currently sit on the board of several community organizations that focus on economic empowerment, education, and poverty alleviation. These include: The Athenaeum of Ohio, Human Services Chamber, and Flywheel.

I am a graduate of The Athenaeum of Ohio where I received my master's degree in pastoral ministry. I completed her undergraduate studies in engineering sciences at Dartmouth College.

I am a native Cincinnatian. I and my husband John are parents of three adult children. When I'm not at work, you can find me walking, biking, hiking, exercising, cooking, reading, puzzling, and watching Rafa Nadal dominate on the tennis court.
