Haley joined the Plummer Youth Promise team in December 2019, having previously served as the Director of Development & Communications for RefugePoint. Haley Rodgers lived abroad for six years in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East developing and managing international assistance projects for some of the world's most vulnerable populations. In Mombasa, Kenya, she developed and implemented income generating programs for HIV/AIDS positive women and their children with a local non-profit while providing basic ante-natal care in a government hospital. In 2013, Haley joined the Syrian Refugee Response in Jordan and Iraq, developing new health, water, sanitation, and recreational programs to meet the needs of the countries' rapidly expanding camps. In 2016, Haley returned to her home city of Boston to work as Director of Development and Outreach for the Massachusetts chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, which was recently awarded chapter of the year for it's rapid growth under Haley's strategic leadership. Haley holds a Master's degree in Development Practice from Sciences-Po in Paris, France and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from American University.
