Biography

I'm passionate about helping professionals and organizations increase their effectiveness by driving conflict into greater collaboration and innovation, creating energizing and engaging work environments, improving problem-solving and critical thinking, strengthening leaderships' cohesive approach to working on business objectives, and building a culture that engages and inspires.

For the past 7 years I have coached hundreds of professionals, and emerging and senior leaders from leading organizations including ABC, A&E Networks, American Lung Association in California, American Heart Association, Bravo Networks, CBS, MGM, NBCUniversal, Nickelodeon, Paramount Studios, Sony Pictures, Spotify, Viacom, Warner Bros. Entertainment, and 20th Century Fox Studios.

I have successfully coached leaders from marketing, production, legal, employee relations, human resources, IT, business process improvement, manufacturing, finance, customer support, network advertising, and financial compliance departments.

I have over 10 years of Leadership and Organization Development consulting experience, providing strategies to strengthen employees and leaders. Clients include American Lung Association in California, Big Brothers Big Sisters in Greater Los Angeles, Sony Pictures, and Warner Bros. Entertainment.

Over the past 7 years I have created and facilitated highly-engaging and interactive team and leadership workshops for audiences of all sizes for Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, government agencies, and entrepreneurial businesses.

I have over 15 years of experience with leading multidisciplinary teams for a Fortune 500 company, healthcare organizations, international engineering firm, and several entrepreneurial businesses.
