Dianna leads the Good Jobs Accelerator, the first accelerator in the nation to focus on good jobs creation. The Accelerator works with high potential business, especially those lead by people of color and women, to decrease the amount of time to get to scale and access capital. Ultimately, Dianna is responsible for operationalizing and scaling the Accelerator.
Prior to joining ICA Fund Good Jobs, Dianna's professional experience included sales and corporate relationship management roles in ecommerce and textbook publishing.
Dianna holds a MBA from the Lorry I. Lokey School of Business and Public Policy at Mills College and a Bachelor in English from California State University, East Bay.
