Biography

Tracy holds a B.A in Communication Studies with an emphasis in television production from CSU Sacramento. Since becoming Executive Director at ENCORE in 2015, Tracy has participated in the Annenberg Alchemy program, the Effective Leadership Certificate program from the Nonprofit Partnership and the Board Excellence series from the Center for Nonprofit Management.
In addition to leading ENCORE's growth, Tracy has worked to develop strong relationships with business leaders throughout the greater Los Angeles area, and recently served as the Director of the Leadership Torrance class of 2018, a program of the Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce.
