Hilary Crowley is the Director of Development for the Urban Strategies Council. She is part of the Council's executive leadership team and responsible for securing funding for its $2.5 million budget.
Prior to joining the Council, Crowley spent nearly four years with the Alameda County Health Care Services Agency where she raised more than $9 million in support of county projects. Throughout her career she has raised more than $50 million for causes ranging from early childhood education, health and racial equity, environmental science, and the Rwandan National Cycling team. She has also worked on Capitol Hill for a senior Member of Congress and has been a registered lobbyist in Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming.
As a native Nevadan, Crowley earned her M.P.A. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and her B.A. from the University of Nevada, Reno. She is President of the Board for Soulciety, a 2018 Liv Ambassador, and a former U.S. national bicycle champion.
