Biography

Victoria Salzman has been working in nonprofit development and programming for over 20 years and specifically with youth in care for the last 15 years. Her roles have included volunteer management, special events, development director, program assistant and executive director of a corporate foundation. In her role as the Chief Strategic Development Officer for MAAC she oversees the fund development work for the agency and manages state, regional and national partnerships.
