Samantha Apgar was enrolled in her first Kindermusik class when she a toddler and has been passionate about the arts ever since. She has received a BA in Music from Westminster Choir College, where she minored in both Musical Theater and American Studies, and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. While at Penn, Samantha served as the Finance Chair for Women of Fels, worked as a program evaluation fellow with ImpactED and received the Institutional Service Award. Prior to joining Project 440, Samantha worked at a number of nonprofit organizations, including Walnut Street Theatre, Central City Opera and Paper Mill Playhouse. When not working, she serves as board member for the League of Women Voters of Philadelphia and volunteers with the Women's Medical Fund and Planned Parenthood Southeastern PA.
