Biography
I am currently building the first organization-wide volunteer program for the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation. We are seeking talented, dedicated individuals and groups to contribute to our mission. Learn more at www.tndc.org/volunteer.
As a two-time AmeriCorps service volunteer, I am especially passionate about social justice work. I am an avid traveler and consistently seek to contribute to the community I find myself in. Prior to my work at TNDC, I volunteered at a youth shelter in Buenos Aires, a rehabilitative center for teenage girls in Los Angeles, a volunteerism magazine in Iceland, and a refugee camp in Hungary. Through these experiences, I learned to adapt to any scenario and developed exceptional communication skills, particularly in cross-cultural exchanges.
I hold a B.A. in Sociology, Hispanic Languages, and Communications Studies from McGill University in Montreal.
