Over a nearly thirty-year career in functional management I have acquired a global perspective on the integration of complex technological and regulatory requirements within an operational context. My background has given me unique insight on using cross functional alignment to drive results. I have also gained extensive experience in functional strategic planning. I enjoy a particular passion for developing people at all levels and career stages. I am driven by a particular value: respect for people. Currently, I teach courses in leadership, management and environmental health at the Fairbanks School of Public Health at Indiana University.
