Kenny Green is the Program Manager of the Gang Intervention\Prevention Department at the Toberman Neighborhood Center that has been serving the community since 1903. Toberman offers a holistic approach to social services through three main areas of programming: Toberman Academy for the Youth, Family Source Center and Gang Intervention/Prevention. Kenny has dedicated his life in working with youth, young adults and families in the Harbor Area. For over 20 years, he has worked in Toberman's Gang Intervention Program with a track record of working with multi-ethnic groups. His years of training give him a theoretical and practical understanding of the best practices of both the medical model and the revisionist ethnic-cultural competency model, as well as, possessing a theoretical and practical understanding of the psycho/socio concept of alternation.
