- Exceeded $3 million annual revenue goals through a combination of participant fundraising, corporate sponsorship, and participant fundraising efforts to drive community awareness and vision.
-Managed a department of three development professionals that were accountable for team recruitment, training and coaching over 3,000 walkers, riders and marathon participants including peer-to-peer audiences comprised of national and local corporation employees, medical partners, cause-related participants, local community members and interest groups and clubs.
- Developed and collaborated with volunteer leadership teams that oversaw corporate development, recruitment, fundraising best practices, logistics, and community outreach.

- Initiated and managed all aspects of new cycling event that raised $335K through combination of corporate sponsorship and participant fundraising efforts.
- Recruited, trained and coached 250 riders that engaged in successful peer-to-peer fundraising event, including national and local corporation employees, medical practices, cause-related participants, local community members, cyclists and their clubs.

Drove a 54% expansion in Operation Backpack, a combination in-kind and financial campaign to provide school supplies for NYC's homeless children. Recruitment of corporations grew from 20 to 60 organizations and public participation more than doubled year over year. Three new media events, as well as volunteer training opportunities further enhanced performance.
Lead and oversaw the development of $500,000 Aftercare Program proposal to meet the needs of children and families moving from temporary shelters to alternative and supportive housing
