Biography
Hello, my name is Angela and I am the Founder and Director of Lotus Bloom. We started the parent-child playgroup program in Fall 2006 on Saturday mornings in the San Antonio neighborhood of Oakland, CA and have helped Lotus Bloom three sites. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from CSU Monterey Bay and my Master Degree in Public Administration from CUNY, Baruch College. I have worked in government, education, public relations, and community organizing. I am bilingual in Chinese and English, mother of two, and live in Oakland, CA.
