Biography

Experienced Human Resources professional with a successful record of growing systems from the ground up + Leadership and Development Coach with a passion for performance management. I have focused my career and coaching on areas that I think can positively impact the world, taking a local approach to change. I have led the HR function at a public school district for five years, and began my coaching journey three years ago. I focus my coaching on developing leaders, particularly those who are from an underrepresented population for their industry or profession or individuals leading socially impactful organizations.
