• Managed 80 youth and 12 DDOE Staff Members in one program area throughout all 8 wards in D.C.
• Responsible for the training, supervision, coordination and performance of field staff as well as the overall performance of youth
• Responsible for editing/completing required paperwork (policy and procedures manual, incident reports, progress summaries, etc)
• Maintained the daily operating functions of the program: emails, phone calls, site visits

Installed and maintained Green Roofs on residential and commercial buildings.

Educating the community about Low Impact Developments ( Rain Barrels, Rain Gardens, & Green Roofs ) and how DC can improve the conditions of its water ways and reduce storm-water run-off.
