Biography

UNREEEA is a notforprofit private sector apex organization that brings together industry Renewable Energy (RE) and Energy Efficiency (EE) associations in Uganda. The goal of the alliance is to contribute towards increasing access to modern energy use in Uganda by contributing to Uganda's energy targets underlined in the Energy Policy and the 2015 SE4ALL Action Agenda.
As UNREEEA , we aim to create sustainable energy pathways in Uganda through advocating for conducive policy that lead to enabling environment of private sector player, skills development and knowledge management and institutional development. Therefore I, coordinate private sector led initiatives, capacity-building , networking meet-up, connecting potential Entrepreneurs within our network with cross cutting opportunities.

Esther is a sustainability professional with an interdisciplinary skill set and has extensive knowledge on climate related work as well as the Renewable energy sector , working to cordinate private sector led initiaives.
