Biography

Tharcisse Nshimirimana is a medical doctor working in Burundi. He has over a decade promoting global health and well-being of underserved communities in Burundi and East Africa. His areas of interest include HIV prevention and management, chronic illnesses and neglected tropical diseases, community health, maternal and chield health.

Dr Tharcisse is an African Visionary Fellow/class 2018 by Segal Family Foundation. He is also a 2021 Acumen East Africa Fellow by Acumen Academy.
