A museum professional, I manage Jewish Women of Words with 2 other volunteers who all contribute to the project in equal but different ways. We focus on mentoring and building the capacity of contributing authors, who are unpaid and from diverse communities and identities. The most satisfying experience has been to make a positive impact in our world by supporting writers, ideas and actions.
