Biography

Hello! My name is Caitlin Vargas! I believe that design is a communication tool that can help build a bridge between people. As a Designer I put the needs of the user first, but as a person I am trying to bridge the gap between Introverts and Extroverts. I am bringing in conversations in the workplace that thrive on change for all.

I am also an advocator for Mental Health and Learning Disabilities. In my life I have been blessed with experiences that not a lot of people experience; I had the ability to work with Vans, Nike, Stance, Hurley, and Anaheim Ducks during my years of college. Design is critical to communication and reflects emotion, the individual, psychology and society.

I have background knowledge in tech: front-end, web hosting, and web design. My expertise are prints & patterns, motion graphics, user experience, user interface, and product design. I enjoy new experiences, critical thinking and conversation about society and culture. I am also a foodie, gamer, crafter, coder, bookworm, photographer, poet, and always looking for a perfect cup of jasmine tea.
