I am a seasoned Human Resources consultant with broad generalist experience in organizations ranging from the Fortune 12 down to mid-sized, privately held companies and associations operating in a wide variety of industries including consulting, construction, non profit, insurance, energy/chemical, financial services and manufacturing. Managing strategic change is something I have done a lot of and something I do very well. As a consultant, I partner with organizational leaders to identify deficiencies and to develop and implement human resource programs and practices to address those deficiencies that directly affect the business' goals and objectives.
