I am a Senior Manager in Talent Strategy & Analytics at Wayfair. I recently received my MBA from The Wharton School, majoring in Organizational Effectiveness. I lead both an Organizational Design team that ensures Wayfair's structure remains innovative, collaborative, and nimble to business needs and a Performance Strategy team that manages the semi-annual 360 review process in Workday for 14,000+ employees.
Previously, I was a Senior Associate in the Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young. I was a member of the Business Advisor Program and was primarily staffed on an AML/KYC Regulatory Support engagement. I also worked on Wealth Management Branch Workflow, Finance Integration, Financial Close Process Optimization, AML/KYC Enhancement and Program Alignment, and Consent Order PMO engagements.
I am a lifetime equestrian and have won numerous awards and championships.
