Biography

Nigel is currently a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with extensive experience in engineering and software development. As the CTO of multiple companies, he provides minorities across the United States with internship opportunities. Also, as a University of Buffalo graduate in the field of Applied Mathematics, Nigel began his career in software development in 2015. In June, 2019 Nigel was recognized during the Intercon Conference in Las Vegas as a Top 50 Tech Visionary. Nigel continues to focus on bridging the economic and educational gap in in technology within inner city communities which is in stark contrast to the opportunities across suburban areas. His recently launched Dreamers Program at the Upward Bound Summer 2019 program at Medaille College, in Buffalo, New York was featured on Channel 7, WKBW. High school students from low performing schools were taught how to code while making apps for android phones during the 5 week technology initiative. His goals are of paramount importance in providing access to technology programs and job placement for the African-American community.
