Converge is an internship program of the Student Centre and Youth With A Mission.

Vision: Making a difference through spiritual formation of students who serve missional organizations for the transformation of nations.

Mission: YWAM Converge equips students to complete personalized missions projects.

What We Do

At YWAM Converge we believe everyone has a calling, following the crowd will not bring transformation, and a personalized missions project is the best way to discover your purpose.

The Converge internships program and its corresponding online courses serve our vision by developing missions-minded leaders for every sphere of influence. We facilitate opportunities for students to learn how to make a difference by designing and implementing their own projects. Our target students are from ANYWHERE; they are ready to go into ALL the world, including EVERY area of influence. (Mt. 28:18-20). In addition to the Converge Course, we develop curriculum and resources, and short-courses.

Since 1989, we have coordinated internships for hundreds of students from over one hundred universities to nearly 50 countries to help start businesses and plant churches, install water pumps, establish therapy routines for disabled, perform research in clinics, develop nutritional plans for hospices, and create curriculum for schools. With Converge platform, we are preparing to connect, equip, and send over 300 interns per year.
