Mission

Youth and Family Circle's mission is to support the growth and development of youth and families of St. Paul and surrounding areas inner-city young adults and families, giving them access to knowledge, experiences, and opportunities previously not available to them. Our organization was founded on the premise of fostering belonging and inclusion for a population that often experiences isolation, exclusion, and a lack of sense of community.
