The mission of YouthUSA is to build capacity around youth, ages 7-24, empowering them to believe and achieve their Spiritual, Physical, Social, Financial, Educational, Professional and Recreational goals.

What We Do

YouthUSA develops charitable programs to engage youth beneficiaries as community assets where they live, learn, and work. Our flagship program model, THE ANNUAL YOUTH ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS establishes low income youth as economic beneficiaries and caring adults as stakeholders in positive youth development. Our inclusive media program model, THE AMERICAN MENTOR WIRE SERVICE, introduces beneficiaries and caring adult stakeholders to an evidence-based program model. This program establishes project budgets for ENGAGING youth beneficiaries in sharing their community stories through accessible, interactive media. Our social enterprise program, TheEnterpriZe, facilitates incubation of profitable joint venture enterprises. These businesses create ownership and employment opportunities for sustaining the “YouthUSA Corporate Whole Village” of beneficiaries, stakeholders and partners.
